Words, colour and where it hangs
Send the exact wording, including a short word if that is all you want. Neon is a poor place for a paragraph. A name, an open sign, or a single line is what reads from the entrance.
Tell us the colour and whether the sign is indoor or on a covered outdoor wall. Indoor pieces can be lighter. A sign in a shop window still needs a fixing that does not rely on the glass alone if the board is large.
We prepare the layout from your spelling before we fabricate. That is the moment to change a word. After the sign is formed, a spelling change means a new piece.
How this differs from a glow board
A glow sign board lights a printed face. A neon sign board lights the strokes of the letters themselves. Restaurants and cafes usually want neon on an interior wall. A supermarket shutter usually wants a glow board. If you are unsure, send the photo and we will say which one fits.

What to measure
Measure the wall or window area the sign may occupy, then the letter height you have in mind. A 200 mm script and a 500 mm script are different products. Leave space around the words so the fixing is not on a socket or a cornice.
